We read everything and reply to most messages within a couple of days. There is no contact form on this site, no newsletter and no comment section, so email is the only way through. That is deliberate: it means the site collects nothing about you, which is explained on the privacy policy.

Reporting a wrong price

This is the one we most want to hear about. Roblox sets a separate price in every country and changes them without announcing it, so a figure that was right last month can be wrong today. We cannot see the Roblox store as it appears in your country, which means we depend on people who can.

What to include

The page, the figure you saw, and what it should be. A screenshot of the Roblox web store showing the 400 Robux price in your country is the single most useful thing you can send. Every other number on a currency page is calculated from that one, so correcting it corrects the whole page.

A screenshot of an actual Roblox checkout or a DevEx statement works just as well. Console and mobile prices are higher than web prices because Apple, Google and Microsoft take a commission, so please say which one you are looking at.

Currencies we would especially like checked

Swiss francs and Saudi riyal are the two we are least confident about, followed by Brazilian reais. If you buy Robux in Switzerland, Saudi Arabia or Brazil, a single screenshot from you is worth more than anything we can find online.

Corrections to prices or DevEx figures. Questions about how a calculator works or where a number came from. Bug reports. Suggestions for amounts or currencies we should cover. Requests to add a country we have missed.

We cannot help with

Anything to do with your Roblox account: logins, bans, refunds, missing Robux, gift card problems or DevEx applications. We are an independent calculator with no access to Roblox systems and no ability to look anything up on your behalf. Those all go to Roblox Support directly.

Nobody here will ever offer you free Robux

We do not sell, trade or give away Robux, and we never will. There is no generator on this site and no offer that requires anything from you.

If someone directed you here while offering free Robux, a generator, or a deal that needs your password or a gift card code, they are trying to steal from you. Do not send them anything. Roblox will never ask for your password, and neither will we.

If you have already given someone your password, change it now and turn on two step verification in your Roblox account settings. If you gave away a gift card code, it is almost certainly gone, and Roblox Support is the only place that can tell you for certain.

You are welcome to cite a number from this site in a video, article or forum post. A link back to the page it came from is appreciated and helps people check whether it is still current. The terms of use cover this in full.
